Sorry Betty, you have no power here. I never bake all of the dough--I usually end up keeping about a third of it to just eat raw. The lighting kinda sucks here, but these are the baked cookies. They're amazing.
These are good on their own, but they're even better with the vanilla creme! Add whatever toppings you like, the possibilities are endless. Okay, so this chocolate was more "dumped" than "drizzled". Cut me some slack, it was five in the frickin' morning.
Oh, for the record, these are great for curing a hangover, too.
Everything is in its place and ready to go. Resist the urge to eat the entire bowl. Let it mix in the fridge overnight!

Who says vegetables don't taste good? Clearly they haven't tried this. As usual, you can adjust the amount of peppers and onions that you use based on the amount that you have. And if you're daring, consider adding a few chopped serrano or jalapeno peppers to the mix!
Gather your ingredients and prepare for battle! My zucchini was pretty big and rather seedy, so I scooped out the seeds. If you're using smaller zucchini, skip this step. The batter is quite thin--don't worry, it's normal. If your batter is still scarily thin, consider adding another tablespoon of flour, or 2 as an absolute maximum.
The wax is gone and the pan is ready to be seasoned. In the oven, round 2! Properly seasoned and ready to use!
Ready for the oven! Now it's time for the hard part--waiting. This will fly off of your table--it's that good.
